36 | Parks Info: 402-471-0641 K eller Park SRA, located northeast of Ainsworth on Bone Creek, is one of the few spots where anglers can pursue rainbow trout along with warm-water species. The 196-acre area has 10 acres of water in five fishing ponds. Nestled amid rugged tree covered bluffs, the area offers Electric and Basic camping, water, primitive restrooms, dump-and-fill station, picnic tables, and shelters. Hiking is popular and a footbridge across the creek adds charm to a stroll. The 640-acre Keller School Land Wildlife Management Area is nearby. FISHING The area offers fishing for largemouth bass, bluegill and channel catfish in ponds 1-4 and rainbow trout in pond 5. It is a 153-acre tract that straddles Long Pine Creek. Long Pine is a popular day-use spot and offers picnic tables, grills and five shelters. The recreation area offers Basic camping. Archery targets are available in the northern section, and hikers can enjoy a 1-mile scenic trail. Tubing is popular on the creek in the summer.
