34 2025–2030 SCORP DEMAND Time Spent Outdoors - Statewide Most Nebraskans have not changed the amount of time they recreate outside within the last year. From the last SCORP, there was a slight increase in those that reported recreating more. The percentage of respondents that reported recreating less dropped from 27% to 19%. Understanding why community members are choosing outdoor activities can provide valuable insights into the types of outdoor recreational amenities that are needed. The Lincoln nonprofit, Live Well.
