Time Spent Outdoors - Statewide
Most Nebraskans have not changed the amount of
time they recreate outside within the last year. From
the last SCORP, there was a slight increase in those
that reported recreating more. The percentage of
respondents that reported recreating less dropped
from 27% to 19%. Understanding why community
members are choosing outdoor activities can
provide valuable insights into the types of outdoor
recreational amenities that are needed.
