ASSESS WHERE YOU ARE Determine where the starting point is for the project. What is your vision? BUILD YOUR TEAM No one person can make the trail project happen; it takes a team pulling together. Who will be on your team? LAND ACQUISITION Does your trail project require land purchases, agreements, or easements? FUNDING Determine what steps in your project have costs associated with them and consider where and when you could acquire the needed funding. CONSTRUCTION The construction of your trail project.
