Due to expected inclement weather, the Nebraska Game and Parks service center in Omaha will be closed Thursday, Dec. 22.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory predicting extreme cold and blizzard conditions overnight Wednesday and Thursday.

Out of the abundance of caution, the office at 8495 Frederick St. will be closed for the safety of patrons and staff.
