For the last four years, our agency has partnered extensively with UNL's College of Architecture collaborate studio with architects, planners, interior designers, engineers and landscape architect students. Students have contributed more than 25,000 hours revitalizing over 2,500 acres of Nebraska's state parks, directly advancing Game and Parks mission in conservation and outdoor recreation. In 2023-2024, more than $5 million in Capital Maintenance Funds were spent or contracted for park facility improvements at Game and Parks managed locations statewide. 17
