ox Butte Reservoir SRA encompasses 2,212
acres including a 1,600-acre lake on the
west edge of the Sandhills, 9½ miles north of
Hemingford. Facilities/activities include: Electric
Plus and Basic campsites, water, shelters,
picnic tables, boat ramp, fish-cleaning station,
unsupervised swimming, primitive restrooms,
fishing and hiking.
FISHING
Anglers can find northern pike, panfish, bass,
walleye and channel catfish.
