Access permit is required to hunt in designated areas.
Archery Seasons: Antlerless harvest only. Open to Archery, Youth, Wahoo AOSC permit holders with
archery equipment. Park season dates: Platte River SP, Eugene T. Mahoney SP and Schramm Park State
Recreation Area, Nov. 27-30, 2023; Dec. 4 – 7, 2023; Dec. 11 – 14, 2023; Dec. 18 – 21, 2023; Jan. 1 – 4,
2024 (Schramm only), archery tag not valid; Jan. 8 – 11, 2024 (Schramm only).
Muzzleloader Seasons: Antlerless harvest only. Open to Youth and Wahoo AOSC permit holders with
muzzleloader equipment. Park season dates: Platte River SP and Mahoney SP, Jan. 1 – 4, 2024; Jan. 8 – 11,
2024.
