Note: Two family groups of commonly caught Nebraska fi sh have whiskers, Common Carp have 2 whiskers, Catfi sh (Page 8) have 8. Whiskers are also called barbels. Walleye and Northern Pike (Page 22). Very long, sharp and pointed teeth are used by fi sh to capture and hold prey. While most fi sh have teeth, these are obviously dangerous if you try to hold the fi sh by the lip. Go to Key #4.
