73 MANAGE THE BUDGET » Biennial contributions will be made from the Parks Division cash funds for maintenance and improvements to the natural playscape. » The use of local volunteer groups will help offset the price of maintenance. THE WORKFORCE » As listed above, select volunteer groups will be utilized. Ideally there will be enough groups to rotate on a three-year maintenance schedule. » The park staff will train liaisons from each group and seasonal NGPC staff yearly. » Seasonal employees will assist in maintenance as part of their regular duties. THE ROUTINE INSPECTION » An inspection form and suggested maintenance schedule will be used for this natural playscape. » Inspection forms will be retained per records and retention policies. THE YEARLY INSPECTION » A yearly inspection form and suggested maintenance schedule will be used for this natural playscape. » The park supervisor will delegate a member of the park staff to manage all records and maintain a valid CPSI certification.
