THE BUDGET
» Annual maintenance costs will include
certified mulch replacement, landscaping,
and replacement of necessary natural
elements (e.g., sticks, logs, boulders).
THE WORKFORCE
» Maintenance will be assigned as part of the
typical park staff duties.
» Volunteers will be utilized during large
events.
THE ROUTINE INSPECTION
» Routine inspections will happen daily using
a form developed by Parks Department.
» Inspection forms provided by Parks
Department shall be used and retained per
records retention requirements.
THE YEARLY INSPECTION
» Yearly inspections will be conducted by
a CPSI trained individual using a form
developed by Parks Department and
retained per records retention requirements.
THE PROGRAMMING & EVALUATION
» Proposed revisions will be addressed
before any additional phases are started
based on observations and feedback.
