60 MANAGE THE BUDGET » Yearly maintenance will include turf maintenance, replanting species, and temporary materials (i.e., hay) and will be covered by Parks Department. » Funding for temporary events will be included and covered by Parks Department or local sponsor. THE WORKFORCE » Routine maintenance and upkeep will come from Parks Department or volunteers. THE ROUTINE INSPECTION » Inspection frequency will be based seasonally and by type of play feature. » Inspection forms provided by Parks Department shall be used and retained per records retention requirements. THE YEARLY INSPECTION » Yearly inspections will be conducted by a CPSI trained individual using a form developed by Parks Department and retained per records retention requirements. THE PROGRAMMING & EVALUATION » After two years of use, the success, effectiveness, and future of the natural playscape will be evaluated.
