ABOUT THE STUBBLE ACCESS GUIDE The Stubble Access Guide is an addendum to the Public Access Atlas and contains tall wheat and milo stubble fields open to walk-in hunting and trapping through the Open Fields and Waters Program. To ensure quality cover is provided, stubble sites are enrolled following harvest, and after the printing of the atlas. Sportspeople are responsible for knowing regulations, orders and statutes before hunting, trapping or fishing in Nebraska.
