Nebraska Elk Hunter Access Program
This voluntary program is available to landowners
with elk hunting opportunities.
• Landowner retains 100% control of hunting on the property.
• Enrolled landowners are covered by the Nebraska
Recreational Liability Act.
• Earn $1 per acre + $100 for every general tag elk harvest on
enrolled properties.
• Landowners are paid through a partnership with the
Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and the Rocky
Mountain Elk Foundation.
