Paddle craft participation spans multiple generations and each group of constituents has its preferences on how it receives information about the activities in which it participates. Having a robust marketing program will create the momentum necessary to garner the support of the water trail desired. C O M M U N I T Y S U P P O R T A water trail can be a great tourism draw to an area, but it also is an asset to neighboring communities by creating a link between the communities based in recreation.
