Located inside the Peter Kiewit Lodge, the Lodge Restaurant
provides a variety of delicious items. e restaurant seats 200
people and its many windows provide picturesque views of the
Platte River Valley. In addition, the full-service bar serves a
selection of cra beers from across the state.
e Lodge Restaurant also provides full catering services to all Mahoney conference rooms and cabins,
as well as the open-air pavilion and the Sapp Riverview Lodge. From burgers for a company picnic, to
custom hors d'oeurves for weddings, the Lodge's caterers can provide food for any type of function.
