Staff prioritized and developed habitat goals on 17 public wildlife management areas and within the eight private Focus on Pheasant (FOP) and Pheasant Opportunity Areas (POA) and have begun implementation of the Plan. On private lands, area-specific landowner incentives were developed within each of the areas to improve habitat and increase public access.
