Picturesque Platte River State Park already provides some awesome experiences
for visitors. Its award-winning Outdoor Heritage Park is a fantastic complex for
public shooting and outdoor education. There are superb mountain bike trails,
a large tower for climbing, catch-and-release family fishing and much more.
Platte River boasts 31 camper cabins, 21 modern cabins and 4 tepees for
overnight guests.
The new developments at Platte River State Park will allow visitors to
find their wild side. New features would also fall in line with the existing
topography and focus of the park.
