Ft. Kearny SRA For travelers looking for a place to camp in the Kearney area, Ft. Kearny SRA is a convenient choice. There are seven small fishing lakes totaling 21 acres with plenty of shoreline access. Lakes 5 and 6 are good for largemouth bass, Lakes 6 and 7 are tops for channel catfish, and Lake 7 is the best spot for bluegill. Fishing tackle can be borrowed to use in the park.
