Look closely at the unit description to make sure the area you hunt is still included. The permit quota has been reduced accordingly and likely will sell out even earlier than in 2024. Permit Quotas – There were minor adjustments to deer permit quotas and bag limits. See the deer permit tables for the 2025 quotas and bag limits. Nonresident Permit Limits – There are no changes for nonresident permit limits, draw status and quotas. Elk Unit 13 – Unit 13 is split into Unit 131 and Unit 132 for management and permit distribution purposes. See the Elk Management Unit Map and permit tables for details.
