Underwater spearfishing for game fish species allowed from July 1 through Dec. 31. Unlawful to possess Walleye or White Bass or Striped Bass hybrids on that portion of Longergan Creek and Otter Creek from their junction at the McConaughy lakeshore upstream to, and including, the culvert under Neb.
