eralded for its therapeutic value, water from
Victoria's mineral springs once was bottled
for sale nationwide. Now, this secluded, scenic
60-acre SRA, located 6 miles east of Anselmo,
is a great little getaway. Facilities include: two
modern cabins, Electric Plus and Basic campsites,
shower facility, primitive restrooms, water, picnic
tables, picnic shelter, paddleboats and dump and
fill station.
FISHING
The 6 acre lake offers a wheelchair-accessible pad
and one boat ramp, and is open to electric or non-
powered boats only. Fishing opportunities include
largemouth bass, bluegill and sunfish.

S
utherland SRA is located 2 miles south of
Sutherland, and features a 3,017-acre lake with
37 acres of land. All types of boats are permitted
at the lake, which offers two ramps and one boat
dock. Water sports of all kinds are very popular.
One unsupervised swim beach is available, and
picnic tables and grills give park visitors many
opportunities to cook out or spend time together
enjoying meals. Sutherland Reservoir functions as
a cooling reservoir for the Gerald Gentleman's coal
fired power plant.
Sutherland Reservoir SRA has Electric Plus
and Primitive camping, drinking water and
primitive restrooms.
FISHING
The lake offers great fishing for channel catfish,
walleye, smallmouth bass, white bass and wipers.
A fish-cleaning station is also available at the
inlet area.
