he five southwest reservoirs provide nearly
28,357 acres of water-based recreation for
fishing, boating, water skiing, hunting and winter
sports. All offer drinking water, picnic tables,
grills, shelters, showers, modern and primitive
restrooms, boat ramps and fish-cleaning stations.
FISHING
These areas consistently offer some of the best
walleye, wiper and white bass fisheries in the
state. You can also find some channel and flathead
catfish, crappie, largemouth and smallmouth bass
and northern pike.
SWANSON RESERVOIR SRA
The largest is Swanson Reservoir SRA, near
Trenton, with a 4,974-acre lake and 2,957 land
acres. Facilities include: Electric Plus and Primitive
camping, shower, two dump-and-fill stations,
concession, and fish-cleaning station.
FISHING
You can catch white bass, largemouth bass,
crappie, northern pike, blue catfish, channel
catfish, wiper, and walleye.

ENDERS RESERVOIR SRA
Enders Reservoir SRA near Enders has 3,278
acres of land and a 1,707-acre lake, part of
which is a waterfowl refuge. There are modern
restrooms, coin-operated showers, a dump-and-fill
station, fish-cleaning station, and Electric Plus and
Primitive camping.
FISHING
You can catch white bass, crappie, channel
catfish, northern pike and walleye.
