Antlerless Seasons: Dec. 17 – 18, 2022; and Jan. 7 – 8, 2023 (muzzleloader only). Hunters need access permit and statewide muzzleloader (December hunt) or Wahoo AOSC (December or January hunt) permit and may only harvest antlerless deer. A scout day for the weekend hunts will be allowed on the Saturday prior to the hunt weekend during which hunters can hang stands. Archery Season: Oct. 1, 2022 – Jan. 10, 2023. Special regulations apply. Contact the refuge at 712-388- 4803. BOYER CHUTE NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE Access permit is required to hunt in designated areas. FORT NIOBRARA NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE An access permit may be required for certain seasons. Seasons: Open to archery, youth, muzzleloader, AOSC Keya Paha and elk permit holders.
