Primitive camping, electrical hookups. Elkhorn River access. City of Atkinson area. Map 27 FFL Auble Pond: Valley County, 5 acres, Ord, Bussell Park Rd. and G St. BLG, CCF, LMB, RBT. Rainbow trout seasonally stocked. Map 29 Bazile Creek WMA (Missouri River): Knox County, 4E, 1½N of Niobrara, river mile 838.8. CAP, CCF, FCF, NOP, SAR, SMB, WAE. Walleye and sauger - 15-inch minimum length. Gravel road to ramp gets muddy with heavy rains; ramp subject to flooding. Map 33 Black Island WMA (Elkhorn River): Cuming County, 2½E of Pilger on county road. CAP, CCF, FCF. Primitive camping. Map 41 Bobcat WMA (Plum Creek): Brown County, 12N, 1W of Ainsworth. BNT, RBT. Walk-in access to bottom of canyon. Primitive camping. Map 21 Boyer Chute National Wildlife Refuge: Washington County, 3½E of Fort Calhoun. Restored channel off Missouri River. CAP, CCF, FCF. No ice-fishing. No more than two lines with two hooks on each line may be used. No set lines. Archery and spearfishing for rough fish only. No digging or seining for bait. No collecting and/ or possessing frogs, toads, turtles and clams. No watercraft in Boyer Chute waterway. Check with refuge for additional regulations. Open a half- hour before sunrise to a half-hour after sunset. Map 47 Brooky Bottom Park (Missouri River): Cedar County, 4NE of Wynot, river mile 784.9. CAP, CCF, FCF, FRD, PAH, SAR, WAE. Zebra mussel infested area. Concrete boat ramp. Map 39 Buckskin Hills Lake WMA: Dixon County, 75 acres, 2W, 3S, ½W of Newcastle. BLG, CCF, CRP, LMB, WAE. Black bass - 21-inch minimum length limit. Primitive camping. Boats restricted to 5 mph (no wake). Lewis and Clark NRD area. Map 39 Burwell Lake (Ladybird): Garfield County, 3 acres, 1E of Burwell. BLG, CCF, CRP, LMB. Map 29 A Calamus Reservoir SRA: Loup County, 5,200 acres, 2W, 5NW of Burwell. CAP, CCF, CRP, MUE, NOP, WAE, WHB, WIP, YEP. Walleye - daily bag limit of four may include two from 15 to 18 inches and two over 18 inches but no more than one over 22 inches in length allowed in daily bag. Channel catfish - daily bag limit may include no more than one fish 30 inches or longer. Modern and primitive camping. Accessible restrooms and parking at Homestead Knolls Campground. Boating on upper lake restricted to 5 mph (no wake). Fish-cleaning stations at Homestead Knolls and Nunda Shoals. Calamus River access west of Neb. Hwy. 96, above reservoir and below dam. Map 23 Calamus River: Brown and Loup counties, CAP, CCF, NOP. Private access, permission required. Public access on Calamus WMA above and below reservoir. Canoe sites and camping.
