Open early January through late February for ice-fishing; no more than two lines with two hooks per line may be used, including ice-fishing. Open April 15-Oct. 14 for open-water fishing. From Gavins Point Dam to 0.6 miles downstream, a nonresident Nebraska fishing license required of anglers who are not residents of Nebraska or South Dakota when fishing from a boat or either bank.
